We have a baby gate to keep children from leaving the main level and prevent them from climbing the stairs.

No smoking or vaping allowed. If you must smoke, it must be outside. You must bring a lidded container for your butts and ashes and take with you upon departure. Any evidence of smoking of any kind and or vaping smell in home will result in $250 deep cleaning fee. We are NOT 420 friendly under any circumstance.
Parking Included
Parking for 2 cars directly outside home. Any additional vehicles must be parked around the block at the Piper Club, per HOA rules.
